The estate features two distinct residences, each with its own swimming pool, expansive oceanfront porches, outdoor seating, and grilling areas. Guests can enjoy time together while still having plenty of room to spread out and relax.
With approximately 200 feet of private beach, a viewing dock, and a dedicated fitness facility, Island Palm Estate combines the comforts of a luxury vacation home with the amenities of a private oceanfront compound.
The property may be rented as a complete estate or through select individual-house rental options. The Apartment is available only as part of an eligible house or whole-estate reservation and cannot be rented separately. Please confirm the specific accommodations and amenities included with your selected rental.

The Apartment cannot be rented on its own.

Minimum Rental Period: 7 days
Important Sargassum Notice: Sargassum seaweed naturally affects the coastlines of the Florida Keys, including Islamorada. Its presence varies with wind and tidal conditions and may accumulate along the shoreline at different times of the year. Spring and summer can be particularly affected, and sargassum is not cleared from the shoreline during these periods. Although it may affect the beach experience, sargassum is a natural part of the marine ecosystem and provides food and habitat for numerous marine species.
Reservation Deposits & Payment Due Dates: A $2,500 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 50% of the total rental amount is due 120 days before check-in, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before check-in.

50% of total, is due 120 days prior to arrival and remaining balance is due 90 days prior to
arrival. If booking within 16 weeks of arrival date payment is due in full upon booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this establishment. Our entire family, including the children, grandchildren, and elderly parents, found it to be incredibly spacious. The pools were immaculate and the scenic view resembled a tropical paradise. I could continue to sing its praises, as it truly was the perfect location for our group. Without a doubt, we would eagerly choose to stay there again in the future. I must commend Saidas for being an exceptional professional to collaborate with. She provided us with invaluable recommendations and promptly attended to any of our needs.
